Sunday's Group Sett Survey

Looking forward to seeing some familiar and new faces on Sunday and hopefully the weather will continue to hold and stay dry. We're investigating the area around Odiham Common, Dogmersfield Lake and Tundry Pond where we know of at least one sett already.

We'll be meeting at 9.45 am for a 10.00 am start and gathering in the long layby that loops off the A287 to the south of the lake. The what3words address is remission.violinist.consumed, OS Grid Reference SU 75828 51198 and the address is (near!) Farnham Road, Dogmersfield, Odiham, RG29 1HS. I wouldn't rely to heavily on the postcode!

Here's a (hopefully useful!) map to help you get there safely.

We'll be aiming for everyone to be safely back in their cars by 2.00/2.30 pm. As always, please bring yourself something to eat and drink, dress appropriately for the weather on the day and put on some stout walking shoes/boots.

Any issues on the day (or beforehand!) then please send a message on here, via the Facebook page or drop me a whatsapp message or call on 07947 352288.

Nick
