Have your say in the Scottish Government's Consultation on banning snares in Scotland.

Earlier this week the Scottish Government announced its intention to ban the use of snares in Scotland. Snares are barbaric, indiscriminate, often illegally deployed and a deadly threat to wildlife, companion and farmed animals. Frankly, they've no place in civilised society and I'm delighted to see the Scottish Government doing something about it.

You can read more about this here. Most importantly, you get to have your say in the Government's consultation on this issue here.

Please try and take time to complete the consultation (it only takes a few minutes so put the kettle on) and support this ban. It MIGHT lead to England following suit, you never know. Badgers, stoats, foxes, weasels, hares, rabbits, cats, dogs and all manner of other mammals will thank you for it.
